Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013
System Requirements
For Office Professional 2013
  • Required Processor:
    1 gigahertz (Ghz) or faster x86- or x64-bit processor with SSE2 instruction set ;
  • Required Operating System:
    Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2, or Windows Server 2012 ;
  • Required Memory:
    1 GB RAM (32 bit); 2 GB RAM (64 bit);
  • Required Hard Disk Space:
    3.0 GB available ;
  • Required Display:
    Graphics hardware acceleration requires a DirectX10 graphics card and 1024 x 576 resolution ;
  • .NET version:
    3.5, 4.0, or 4.5 ;
  • Additional requirements and considerations:
    Some functionality may vary, based on the system configuration. Some features may require additional or advanced hardware or server connectivity.;
  • Note:
    System requirements are rounded up to the nearest 0.5 GB, to be conservative. For example, if we measure an application’s required hard disk space to be 1.99 GB, we recommend 2.5 GB of disk space. Our hard disk system requirements are intentionally larger than the actual disk space usage of the software.
    A graphics processor helps increase the performance of certain features, such as drawing tables in Excel 2013 or transitions, animations, and video integration in PowerPoint 2013. Use of a graphics processor with Office 2013 requires a Microsoft DirectX 10-compliant graphics processor that has 64 MB of video memory. These processors were widely available in 2007. Most computers that are available today include a graphics processor that meets or exceeds this standard. However, if you or your users do not have a graphics processor, you can still run Office 2013.
Including Software :
Microsoft Word 2013, Microsoft Excel 2013, Microsoft Power Point 2013, Microsoft Access 2013, Microsoft Publisher 2013, Microsoft Outlook 2013, Microsoft OneNote 2013, Sky Drive Pro 2013 and Microsoft Office 2013 Tools.

Introducing Microsoft Excel 2010
For those of you who are upgrading to Microsoft Excel 2010 from an earlier version of the program, this introduction summarizes the new features in Excel 2010. One of the first things you’ll notice about Excel 2010 is that the program incorporates the ribbon, which was introduced in Excel 2007. If you used Excel 2003 or an earlier version of Excel, you’ll need to spend only a little bit of time working with the new user interface to bring yourself back up to your usual proficiency.
Features and Conventions of This Book
This book has been designed to lead you step by step through all the tasks you’re most likely to want to perform in Microsoft Excel 2010. If you start at the beginning and work your way through all the exercises, you’ll gain enough proficiency to be able to create and work with all the common types of Excel workbooks. However, each topic is self contained. If you’ve worked with a previous version of Excel, or if you completed all the exercises and later need help remembering how to perform a procedure, the following features of this book will help you locate specific information:
  • Detailed table of contents Search the listing of the topics and sidebars within each chapter.

go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=191751
Getting Help with Excel 2010
If your question is about Microsoft Excel 2010, and not about the content of this book, your first recourse is the Excel Help system. This system is a combination of tools and files stored on your computer when you installed Excel and, if your computer is connected to the Internet, information available from Office.com. You can find general or specific Help information in the following ways:
  • To find out about an item on the screen, you can display a ScreenTip. For example, to display a ScreenTip for a button, point to the button without clicking it. The ScreenTip gives the button’s name, the associated keyboard shortcut if there is one, and unless you specify otherwise, a description of what the button does when you click it.
  • In the Excel program window, you can click the Microsoft Excel Help button (a question mark in a blue circle) at the right end of the ribbon to display the Excel Help window.
  • After opening a dialog box, you can click the Help button (also a question mark) at the right end of the dialog box title bar to display the Excel Help window. Sometimes, topics related to the functions of that dialog box are already identified in the window.

Free download ebook - Using Microsoft® Excel® 2010. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is a requirement for most jobs today. Workers in every office use Excel to track and report information. Sales reps track leads, prospects, commissions, and travel expenses in Excel. Workers on the factory floor log schedules and quality data in Excel.
Excel is an amazingly flexible program. A new Excel worksheet offers a seemingly endless blank canvas of rows and columns where you can enter, summarize, and report data of any type. Charts and other data visualization tools can convert a page full of numbers to a visual snapshot. Pivot tables can summarize thousands of detailed records to a one-page summary in a few mouse clicks.
If you’ve never opened Excel, or if you’ve used Excel only to neatly arrange lists in columns, this book will get you up to speed with the real-life skills needed to survive in a job that requires familiarity with Excel.
Excel Comes in Many Flavors
When a potential employer asks if you know Excel, you need to ask which version of Excel. There are a lot of products available that have Excel in the name, but offer a different subset of commands.
This book discusses more than 150 of these functions. But rather than just show their syntax and list them alphabetically, we have assembled them by category and provided real examples of how to use them alone, and in formulas, along with step-by-step instructions and illustrations of the results.
If this is your first experience with Excel, going to work in an office that is still using Excel 2003 is going to present some frustrations for you and the employer as you try to adjust to the older version of Excel. If the company is still using Excel 2003, it either means that they didn’t have the money to upgrade or that the people at the company are firmly entrenched with and know the old Excel very well. Be up front with your manager. Explain that you learned Excel using Excel 2010. That manager resisted upgrading to Excel 2010 because he or she didn’t want to take the time to get up the learning curve to learn the new Ribbon interface. As someone who learned on Excel 2010, it will be just as intimidating to learn where familiar commands are in the old Excel environment.
This book allows you to customize your own learning experience. The step-by-step instructions in the book give you a solid foundation in using Excel 2010, and rich and varied online content, including video tutorials and audio sidebars.
How This Book Is Organized
This book teaches you the important functions and uses for Microsoft Excel. You should be able to turn to any page and learn a task that will help you in your job using Excel.
Additional content, such as video tutorials, demonstrate key concepts.
The concepts in this book will allow you to get started by entering data and formulas in Excel. However, the later chapters on pivot tables and charting will provide you with enough advanced techniques to allow you to thrive in any job requiring Excel.
After you get up to speed with entering data and formulas in Excel, you might have a tendency to leave this book on the shelf. As your experience with Excel grows, you should come back to peruse the later chapters. Remember that there are usually five ways to accomplish every task in Excel. While you could successfully add subtotals to a data set using the formula skills from Chapter 5, “Using Formulas,” there is a good chance that using the Subtotal function from Chapter 9, “Subtotals and Grouping,” will allow you to accomplish the same task in a fraction of the time. Although you might not realize that you have a need for pivot tables at this moment, as you begin doing more tasks in Excel, it is likely that you will discover that Chapter 10, “Pivot Tables,” can dramatically simplify an otherwise tedious task. By revisiting this book once every few weeks, you may discover faster ways to solve real tasks that you encounter at work.
Using This Book
This book allows you to customize your own learning experience. The step-by-step instructions give you a solid foundation in using Excel 2010, and rich and varied online content, including video tutorials and audio sidebars, provide the following :
  • Demonstrations of step-by-step tasks covered in the book;
  • Additional tips or information on a topic;
  • Practical advice and suggestions;
  • Direction for more advanced tasks not covered in the book.
Special Features
More than just a book, your USING product integrates step-by-step video tutorials and valuable audio sidebars delivered through the free web edition that comes with every USING book. For the price of the book, you get online access anywhere with a web connection—no books to carry, content is updated as the technology changes, and you benefit from video and audio learning.

ebook - Excel Formulas And Functions For Dummies

| Excel® Formulas and Functions For Dummies®, 2nd Edition | Ken Bluttman and Peter Aitken | Wiley Publishing, Inc. | 2010 | English | 389 p | pdf | 5.93 MB | ISBN : 978-0-470-56816-3 | This book is about the number-crunching side of Excel. Formulas are the keystone to analyzing data — that is, digging out nuggets of important information. What is the average sale? How many times did we do better than average? How many days are left on the project? How much progress have we made? That sort of thing. Formulas calculate answers, straight and to the point. But that’s not all. Excel has dozens of built-in functions that calculate everything from a simple average to a useful analysis of your investments to complex inferential statistics. But you don’t have to know it all or use it all; just use the parts that are relevant to your work. |

And we don’t just mean because we write books on Excel. Spouses use Excel to track household expenditures and insurance claims. A neighbor analyzes his eBay transactions in Excel. Our local merchant keeps tabs on his store’s inventory on a worksheet.
In the workplace, Excel is one of the most commonly used analysis and reporting tools. Financial statements, sales reports, inventory, project scheduling, customer activity — so much of this stuff is kept in Excel. The program’s ability to manipulate and give feedback about the data makes it attractive.
This book is about the number-crunching side of Excel.
This book discusses more than 150 of these functions. But rather than just show their syntax and list them alphabetically, we have assembled them by category and provided real examples of how to use them alone, and in formulas, along with step-by-step instructions and illustrations of the results.

Excel is the spreadsheet market leader, by a long shot. This is the case not only because of Microsoft’s enormous marketing clout, but because it is truly the best spreadsheet available. One area in which Excel’s superiority is most apparent is formulas. Excel has some special tricks up its sleeve in the formulas department. As you’ll see, Excel lets you do things with formulas that are impossible with other spreadsheets.
It’s a safe bet that only about 10 percent of Excel users really understand how to get the most out of worksheet formulas. In this book, I attempt to nudge you into that elite group. Are you up to it?
What You Need to Know
This is not a book for beginning Excel users. If you have absolutely no experience with Excel, this is probably not the best book for you — unless you’re one of a rare breed who can learn a new software product almost instantaneously.
To get the most out of this book, you should have some background using Excel. Specifically, I assume that you know how to
  • Create workbooks, insert sheets, save files, and complete other basic tasks
  • Navigate through a workbook
  • Use the Excel 2010 Ribbon and dialog boxes
  • Use basic Windows features, such as file management and copy and paste techniques

Macro Excel - Fungsi Terbilang : Menerjemahkan Angka menjadi Teks

Bagaimana solusinya ?
